Jimmy Osmond, 48, says he has set his heart on studying at Oxford.
“I never went to university because I started singing when I was three years old,” he tells Day & Night. “I’d love to go to Oxford. My great grandfather was a solicitor at Oxford and I was visiting his grave recently |
and thought how much I wanted go there. I’d study business, I think.”
Jimmy is again taking to the road with The Osmonds, who will perform their final shows in the UK next year. Lead singer Merrill, 58, is then due to leave the band. “It’s bittersweet for me,” adds Jimmy. “It’s our final big tour but we won’t stop performing, it’s what we do.”
The Osmonds’ final UK tour Up Close And Personal runs from March to May next year.
