An article appeared in the paper announcing Paul Jensen as the sole owner of the Osmond Entertainment Center.  He was the controlling owner of the multi-million dollar video/film facility since February.  Jensen completed the purchase negotiations with Merrill, however, the Osmonds would maintain their production rights.  According to Ron Clark, Jensen saw the right time for buying the remaining 45% leaving the Osmonds to capitalize on their performing careers.  The new ownership said the complex will retain the Osmond name since their production activity would continue at the studio.
